Quick Results:
European Union def. Blitz Team
Mikey Nicholls def. Marcius Pitsonopolous
Devlin Reeves, Dan Moore and Chase Griffin def. Team Allstar
AZ Vegara def. Jose Del Santo
Intermission
Davis Storm def. Ritcher and JT
Ferguson Block def. Barry Schmitd
Jamie Jurah def. Bobby Marshall in a brutal match.
Good show, I underestimated it for sure but it paid off, definately with the main event, with some brutal shit right there. Throwing chairs, blood, some random fan getting knocked out. Good stuff.
Next show will be good, but what sucks is i'll be on the other side of the country *cough* enjoying *cough* AWF, hard to say, honestly.
Thoughts? I'm sure you all have them.
Oh, and that lucky kid getting that announcing position, Allan won that dammit! Someone predicted that I think. _________________ "The" Marshall Mark

Thoughts, I have some thoughts thats for sure.... What an awesome night. (bet you didn't expect that)
Every match had its own purpose and 2009 looks set to be an awesome year for EPW.
Top 3 Match's of the night
1-Bobby v Jamie Jurah (Bloody Brutal, well done to Jamie for having a great return to the ring. Wonder if he is back full-time)
2-6 Man Tag Match. Sweet Stuff
3-Triple Threat (This would be 2nd if I won that annoucing thing, congrats to that kid, looks like EPW has a theme of this going to kids, Rattlesnake in 2007 and now "michael" in 2008)
I for one am looking forward to 2009.
And I think I might be the only one here saying this but
AMBER was smoking hot this evening Also one thing I must say is it is awesome that she is getting invovled in match's. Wonder if Bobby shoving here is leading to something? _________________ EPW Presents Kristmas Kaos, December 5th, Cyril Jackson Rec Center |

Really fun show leading up to an insane and wild ME.
Autopsy.
*Pits and JT have REALLY stepped up over the year, I hope they both get big feuds in '09.
*AZ desperately needs a storyline or character change (maybe feuding with Bobby over his treatment of Amber last night?)
*Smiling Storm was weird after 2+ years of badass storm but not quite as weird as Jimmy Claus.
*FANTASTIC main event, it'll be hard to top that in next year's voting. _________________

The whole Bobby shoving Amber was a little weird, I wonder if it will lead to something in 2009.
I for one am looking forward to the coming year _________________ EPW Presents Kristmas Kaos, December 5th, Cyril Jackson Rec Center |

Probably one of the best shows of 2009 in my opinion.
-Great to see Mikey again!
-AZ/Jose was thankfully pretty quick. AZ bores me to tears, he's gone from futre main eventer to total job boy now.
-JT is pretty over, the big JT chants were crazy.
-It was great to see the old Storm!!!!, i've missed his comedy like ways on the mic...same with Ferguson Block, his spots last night were very entertaining.
-The main event was absolutely brutal, i knew it would be stiff but oofa, chair throwing??...crazy.
-I'm guessing Amber is gonna move away from Bobby next year and manage a main event face...hmmm JT?? |

I agree, it was one of my favourite shows of 2008, too. With a little smaller crowd often comes more noise, which I love.
As always, I really enjoyed the contributions of Dan & Chase. I'm excited to see any of their matches, and I'm always more than happy to have spent money to watch them wrestle. Having said that, I still prefer to watch them in 2 on 2 tag-team matches, where they can really shine.
Alex Kingston & Kiel Steria were similar, in that I always enjoy watching them wrestle.
It was nice to see Mikey Nicholls again, but I'm hoping to see him in another of his 5-star matches with a top calibre wrestler - such as his match with Shane Haste at Re-Awakening V, or his match with Jag semi-recently. Anything less - such as on-the-spot-matches - just feel like an underuse of an awesome wrestler to me.
I still like AZ Vegara, and I wish he had more time to demonstrate why that is. I couldn't help but cheer him, and I'll continue to do so, if I continue to find him more favourable than his opponent.
It's not surprising that Davis Storm impressed again last night - I cannot remember a match where he hasn't. I was stoked that Richter surprised me - I'm generally not a huge fan - but some of his moves, especially his raw kicks to the head, were just outstanding. I love to be proven wrong, and I love to be surprised by a wrestler when they show me more than I thought they had.
Yay! Ferguson Block was sporting a new entrance tune. I like the choice, too. I want to see much, much more Fergie in 2009 - he's just fantastic. He looks like a wrestler, he has a great character, nice moves and an awesome finisher. I'd like to see him move away from as much comedy in his routine and stand at the top of the show, wrestling well-known names in epic matches.
Jamie Jurah versus Bobby Marshall. It was everything I had hoped it would be - and I've been excited for this match since Bobby first shoved Jamie, and wishing for a Jurah return since he left last year - so for me, it had a lot of hype to live up to. I loved it. It's one of my favourite matches that I've ever seen at an EPW show, not only because my favourite EPW wrestler returned, but because of the quality of emotion, crowd noise, intensity and fantastic action that it gave. I really hope Jamie Jurah sticks around - surely he deserves an EPW Championship match, or atleast to be considered as a serious contender? _________________

Is it me or does Alex Kingston and Keil E seem a little lost without Shane Haste, I may be wrong, but they have lost every match since he has been gone. Euro Union were alright, they never impress me, and the only reason why I kinda follow them is thanks to Marcuis Pitts.
Marcuis v Mikey was awesome in my mind, they are 2 of my faves and to see them go at it live is awesome. Apprantly in America Marcuis beat Mikey, and some made the comment, only in America....Looks like they were right
6 Man Tag was awesome. I really liked it considering who were in the match, Devlin Reeves is impressive but doesn't make me wanna start screaming for him, and Team Allstar are alright at best, but man, it was awesome. Has anyone noticed when Devlin calls for the piledriver, he never hits it, maybe that can be his 2009 new years revolution?
Triple Threat wasn't as good as I expected it to be, but it was still an awesome match. I look forward to seeing JT in bigger match's in 2009 as last night he showed that he has come out of his own.
The Main Event. SWEET AS!. I mean, my first event was Jurahs last. So seeing him against an established Superstar like Bobby Marshall was outstanding. He is better than what I thought he would be. It was a brutal match, and a fantastic way to end the year. _________________ EPW Presents Kristmas Kaos, December 5th, Cyril Jackson Rec Center |

Absolutely loved that Doomsday Backcracker from JT...
As for Bobby and Jurah, hopefully we see round 2 very soon! _________________ "The stunner with Bobby is worth the price of admission alone"
