The Other Matches
(rather than clogging up the main event thread i thought we might as well have a fresh one) NON TITLE MATCH Jimmy Payne v Jamie Jurah GRUDGE MATCH Chris Vice v AZ Vegara Brad West v James Street Psychofett v Rusty Evans Here's my thoughts... not for u lot, but cos i like to read my own writing Jimmy Payne vs Jamie Jurah Last time these two met, Jurah showed resilience that no one would have expected. He took a beating plain and simple. This time round, will be just the same, however nowdays Jimmy is more viscious than he was back then. Jurah simply wont be able to keep up and Jimmy will annialate him. There is NO WAY that Jurah could possibly win this, unless the Brat Pack reunion party is still kicking on from ReAwakening. Which i doubt! Brad West vs James Street Why Brad has to face a jobber i dont know. Sure Street has improved, and his growing support from the metro yuppie (insert your chosen gay related insult word here) seems to have him getting a decent crowd reaction, but really.... He isnt in Brad West's league. Brad is an Allstar and a very dangerous man, whilst Street is a nancy boy. Again i blame Burbank for holding Brad West back, but hey, on the bright side, at least Brad will get to start the year of victorious. Chris Vice vs AZ Vegara This time last year i was AZ's number 1 fan. Funny how things change in the space of a year. At first his cockiness was cool, but then well lets just say i think he's been hanging out in Bobby and James locker room a bit of late. My only gripe with Vice was that all the stupid fans only cheered him for his fluro pants, his "gimmick" if u will, and not his wrestling ability. Well, the last half of the year, that all changed. Vice proved himself as a wrestler, and AZ proved himself to be nothing but a loser when it mattered most. Believe it or not, i'd actually like to see Vice return the crimson favour that AZ dealt him last year. Psychofett vs Rusty Evans I really dont know what to say on this one. ReAwakening was quite unexpected. It was like Psychofett, or Mr Block, just suddenly snapped. It was like all of the sudden the voices from backstage that he's been ignoring for so long, suddenly defeated that good side Psychofett had been struggling to maintain. It was like, the REAL Red Dragon has finally started to surface, Dracos itself reborn, the flames of pain to be unleashed onto EPW. Personally i think its about time, The Psychofett of old way too much of a nice guy and we all know that nice guys finish last. In case your dumb, this means i think Mr Block will destroy this kid they call Rusty. Interesting to note, that Nate Dooley, Bobby Marshall, Azazal, Richter, F.N Carnage, Brock Freeman,Jay Taylor, CJL and The European Union are amongst those who arent officially scheduelled yet Some random thoughts for HSN and the rest of the year. Bobby will probably want a piece of Nate Azazal and The Don could be interesting Richter vs Lord Johnathon would be amusing Marcius Pittsonopolus lost rookie of the year to an Emo. That surely wouldnt sit well in anyones books Will CJL still have the control over Bobby he once used to now that Bobby is developing a superstar ego? Its kinda like Pinky not needing Brain to help him take over the world Shane Haste memorial looks set to take place at Date With Destiny F.N Carnage has been lacking gold of any sorts for some time now. This guy used to hold both titles and the Invitational Trophy all at once. Will he stop being distracted by personal vendettas and finally get back into the title hunt. Can anyone take the gold from the Forefathers? (not a chance) Will the forumers ever learn respect? Who will be this years rookie sensation? Are we ever gonna see the likes of Kiel E Lectrifying, Tommy Cartel, Anda Nothica, Af Pac, Damien Kross or even Slick Rick Sanders make another appearance in EPW Will i ever shut up? (that would be a no) What else will develop from the alliance with NWA Pro? So many questions? Looks like another big year...

The Vision- 01-04-2007

Haha nice way to start a topic. I agree with all except the street west outcome. I think EPw will promote him more this year. Besides, West hasnt won a match in a while now so why change a good thing? As towards you predictions I would like to see Pittsonopolis destory that DAMN! emo kid. Like seriously how'd taylor win that nomination? Marcus had the build, an alright-ish look and a fantastic stable. Its a shame that his match at re-awakening didnt contribute to the total amount of votes he could of potentially racked up.

Re: The Other Matches
Brad West v James Street i predict brad will lose every single match this year because he wont shut the fuck up

FallenInsanity- 01-04-2007

It'll be worth it watching Brad lose if he puts that ringpost figurefour on Street. Street to win by DQ due to West not breaking the hold. :D

There is already a topic called 'matches', but I'll roll with this one. This is from the other thread: I think Brad West vs James Street will be a really good match and could end up stealing the show. West has been getting alot of Heat having a feud with Burbank (who doesn't like Burbank?) and coming off a defeat to Richter. On the other hand Street is a big fan favourite who gets lots of cheers and support from the crowd. So I think the atmosphere will be really good for this match with good chants and stuff, with everyone cheering street and booing West. Should be good.

The Vision- 01-04-2007

I dont reckon it would be able to top that main event tho. I mean seriously it looks freakin awsum. but to keep with non main eventing in this thread i reckon the chris vice / vegara match will be runner up to the main. They've had some quality matches and im hoping for this one to just go through the roof.

in training- 01-04-2007

I did initially post that before the main event was announced. The main event is going to be good no doubt. And it will be good to see Vice and Vegara back from the states and see how they have improved.

Dirty Harry- 01-04-2007

I reckon Street might start a copycat thing just like Mickie James. He could be "the shawl star" James Street. Think about it. Looking forward to Payne vs Jurah and Vice vs AZ. Hopefully they both have the intensity and hard hitting everyone will expect.

Will CJL still have the control over Bobby he once used to now that Bobby is developing a superstar ego? Its kinda like Pinky not needing Brain to help him take over the world I didn't realise CJL had brainwashed Bobby into being his tag team partner? What are you smoking The Chad? Sure they may go separate ways eventually, but "will CJL still have control over bobby" ? Huh? I wouldn't mind seeing a bit more of Pitsonopolis, he's done pretty well so far and it's allways good to see the EU dorks get their faces punched in! I really want to find out what the hell Fett has against Rusty Evans? The dude comes out on his second show ever or something and Fett just kicks the crap out of him. What? I think an Explanation is required Mr Block... Vice AZ- yay. Punch him in the face Vice, maybe when he's going for that flying armbar thingo (what is it called). Jimmy Vs Jurah - I don't know how Jurah is going to go here, but I'm pretty sure it'll be a really good match! Now where can I find a good hawian shirt?

Will the forumers ever learn respect? Surely I am not the only one to catch this bit in your post. Maybe everyone else got bored reading. Nice comment :)

The Vision- 01-04-2007

Haha! o u were serious... I think lukey and b to the bank were saying that fett doesnt like noobies or any amatuers so that he is gonna teach him a lesson or something. And kmart and tarjay both hav some cheap ass hawaiin shirts iff its just a one off. Trust me, i work there

N.A.S.- 01-04-2007

The Vision- 01-05-2007

Re: The Other Matches
Interesting to note, that Nate Dooley, Bobby Marshall, Azazal, Richter, F.N Carnage, Brock Freeman,Jay Taylor, CJL and The European Union are amongst those who arent officially scheduelled yet I was just bored (have you seen the crap on TV at the moment?), and decided to expand upon this and look at what impromtu matches and stuff we'll see. So I'll just head through the roster of unlisted wrestlers. Jag- Probably will just have a nice easy night, just some cheating on the forefathers behalf. Azazal- Hopefully we will see him, but I have a feeling that the rolling thunder he took at RA will catch up to him soon. I'm sure that he'll be kicking ass if he comes for a match. Bobby Marshall- One thing should be on his mind, and that is killing Dooley. Freeman- Who knows, he has to climb the ladder again with some wins. (Over a top level wrestle if possible.) CJL- Trying to calm his long time tag team partner and make sure that they aren't going to get a Forefathers beating. Carnage- Tied up all his lose ends and now needs to aim for some gold. Again, someone who needs to climb the ladder. Havok- Might be there, he may still want retribution against Jag or he may have finished his little tantrum. E.U.- God, I hope that these guys can pull some wins together. Cheating or not, I want to see these guys head for the gold. Justin Sane- Please, oh please just give him something. You can't kill off the link he has with the forefathers. He needs to explode and do something irrational, with chairs and weapons. I don't care what but give him revenge. Dooley- Attempting to save his own hide. Richter- Killing some poor soul. Tommy Cartel- Poor guy needs a squash match to make him feel better, he did miss RA after all. May I suggest Jay Taylor? Jay Taylor- Tapping out to a reverse cloverleaf. I think that's it, sorry about the length. Hope most of you actually read it.
