What can I say. Sold out, not an inch to spare. The luck was not with RCW this weekend. with the rain and moving the entire event to another location on the day and with people unable to make their flights despite their damndest efforts. But despite all that. Reanimated was sold out, wall to wall fans. But that's not the only story.... the show was fucking great as well. The Rookies from the rumble did a great job for their first time out in front of a packed Karadinga, they all had costumes and character. I don't think it was as good as the Rumble at Seasons Beatings but the nerves had to be playing in the minds of these guys for their first match. Savannah and Sara was cool as well, a bit on the sloppy side but this was the debute of Savannah wrestling and Sara in RCW so it was always more about the hype of RCW first woman's match up. Nice moves by both of the lovley ladies, big thumbs up for Savannahs finisher (Double sit-out chokeslam). Dregan Vs Damon Mathews. Obviously this was meant to be Valek V Dregan but Valek had trouble with his flight and couldn't make it, dissapointing until Damon comes out and Challenges Dregan to a match. I could watch these guys beat the shit out each other all night, they just work so damn well together and this was another top effort by them both. Dregam is super over and Damon is a hate magnet from the second he walks through that curtain. Top match. Tony Stone, TJ Rush & Mimic VS Flawless (Jack Williams, Achilles and PNB). Fucking incredible match, loved it. Non-stop action and some damn sick looking spots. Mimic german suplexing PNB into the turnbuckles. The Olivia-Newton-Bomb by TJ and Tony. Mimic's 450, Tj's Shooting star, Tony spearing PNB through a table. This match was great. Kash Vs Dienamic. I felt bad for these two having to follow the 3V3 but they pulled out all the stops and had one hell of a technical match up which I know had a lot of people thinnking Dienamic was going to get the upset on some occassions. This match was well wrestled story wise by both guys and Wolfdogg did a great job of putting this match over to the crowd. Kash and Dienamic are another two I could watch wrestle each other all night, they're both great wrestlers froma technical standpoint and they seem to bring the best out of each other. Dienamic steped up and got in everybodies faces in the match, good work on that it's what you've been missing. Kash, for lack of a better term, is a freak of nature. The fans loves this guy and his intensity and love for wrestling is infectious. Kash had a big 2006 and from last night it looks like he's only going to have a bigger 2007. Have to say thanks you to all the fans who rocked up to Karadinga and sold it out. Thank you. And a big sorry for anybody who was turned away, please book early for the next show. All details will be on riotcitywrestling.com. !EPIDEMIC! Feb 17th Karadinga Sports and Rec Centre. This is in no way an official RCW post but rather my thoughts. Thanks again to every fan that made the trek to Karadinga, see you next show. Congratulations to the RCW wrestling crew, with the cancelations and venue change you guys still managed to pull a memorable night of wrestling. And, maybe one of the matches of the year with that 6V6. Great show.

The Vision- 01-22-2007

Better than EPW?

Bjorn- 01-22-2007

In all honesty I can't really judge it having only seen one EPW-A show, and I was really drunk at EPW-A. Mikey was cool though. If you're asking if it was better than and EPW perth show then, I don't know... never been to one.

TANK- 01-23-2007

Can anyone else smell an EPW/RCW match? Each match an EPW member vs a member of RCW. Oh yeah!!!

Bjorn- 01-27-2007

Can anyone else smell an EPW/RCW match? Each match an EPW member vs a member of RCW. Oh yeah!!! As cool as that'd be I highly doubt it at this very point in time. Although, Slater vs anybody from Damon Matthews to Kash Korageous would be all kinds of cool. Stranger things have happened.
