RCW's Reanimated. Results. SOLD OUT!
In 2007 the riot runs wild over the Old Adelaide Gaol!
Seeing out 06 as being a great debuting year for RCW they're set to kick off 07 bigger and better than ever.
Stay tuned to RiotCityWrestling.com for all news on RCW and this upcoming sepecial event.
The first match involves a man who has made his way to RCW twice and has not been on the winning end either time. In his first match, a three way against fellow traveler Insaneo and RCW's own Mimic! Mimic got the pinfall on Insane in this outing and must have left Valek with a bad tast in his mouth the whole way home.
On his next trip Steve Valek let the fans have a surving before announcing that he'll except any challange from the back...
But to everybodies surprise RCW's head ref, Daryl Wylde, made his in ring wrestling debut for RCW and got the better of Valek again. During the match Dregan made his way into ring to act as Ref.
Coming all the way back to Adelaide with a zero win two lose record cannot feel good to Valek, will he be able to get the three count on the man that count three on him last outing?
Dregan is random. Unpredictable. The man can be laughing at one point, hitting you with a giant rubber hammer at another and then beating you out of your mind and throwing you over the top rope and through a table the next. He was the first Riot City Wrestling champion and you could underestimate him, he is after all a near seven foot guy dressed as a clown.
Steve Valek Vs Dregan.
The next match is an RCW Rookie Rumble.
The guys from the Snakepit Wrestling Academy work hard and at Gym Wars: Season's beatings they pulled out all the stops in front of a small group of RCW fans and had themselves one hell of a Rookie Rumble.
Seems they liked it so much they're gonna do it all over again at Reanimated. A great match to get a look at the newest guys to be coming through RCW and the Snake Pit Wrestling Academy.

Wrestling at an old gaol. Thats an awesome idea.
I wonder if we'd be able to do a show at Fremantle gaol. That would be sweet... Well for those who aren't afraid of the other side that is. Maybe even recall Night Monkey and Evil Dead.
Who's with me?
Anyways good luck with this show. Sounds like a good way to start the year

Adelaide wrestling fans are pretty lucky to be given two new feds that both look (IMO) pretty darn good. I don't like Insano, but haven't seen the other main eventers. Hope they are great. And I also like the idea of a gaol.

Sick flyer!

Insaneo has some nice moves.
Check out the link for a vid of mine: featuring two of RCW's guys at a small house show:
Kash Korageous Vs Dienamic.

That vid is pretty cool. Guys look maybe a tad small but what can ya do eh? What kinda crowd does it draw?

Nice video and cool flyer.
They could do with some proper ring attires. But bith guys looked like pretty good wrestlers.
Dirty Harry- 01-06-2007
Yeah, pretty good. A bit scrappy putting it together but I liked it.

I agree with Chad the Idea of a show at Freo Prison but I dont know if its a practical Idea especially the financial costs of hiring it out, but the different possible match types are endless; Throw your opponent into solitary, variations of the king of the mountain match (using a cell instead of a cage), and of course the ultimate Loser gets hanged match!

Yeah, I'm no pro or anything. but I do have a ton of wrestling footage so I gotta do something with it right?
The first part, with the black cuts tot he beat took ages. So I think i was a bit sloppy with the rest to make up for that, but it's cool and I think it does the job.
Thanks for the comment.

Cheers on both fronts.
Kash's (the guy without the mask) attire is great but the video doesn't do it justice. It suit the image he's going for though.
Dienamic is a fine little wrestler (underrated IMO), just waiting for him to come into his own as a all round tallent. He's a bit lost for direction at the moment.

RCW Reanimated.
There's only two more sleep until 'the best wrestling in town' kicks of 2007 at the Old Adelaide Gaol.
With four new and exciting matches announced thus far:
Rookie Rumble: The rookies battle it out in an over the top rope rumble to win the chance to challenge the Snakepit Champion at a later date, TBA. These guys had a great rumble at Season's beatings and here's your chance to see the future stars of RCW duke it out.
Dregan VS NAW's Steve Valek: One of the two interstaters coming over for this event, Steve Valek is ready to impress, but has he taken on more than he can chew in former RCW champion Dregan?
Mimic VS IZW's Ryan Lynch: Mimic, one of SA's leading professional wrestlers, backs down from nobody. At Reanimated he'll be taking on international special guest Ryan Lynch. Ryan Lynch, who's worked with such WWE stars as A-Train, Val Venis, Mike Nox, and Luther Reigns, will be making his début for RCW at Reanimated. This could be your only opportunity to catch this international talent in RCW, not to be missed.
And as of yesterday when it was announced on the riotcitywrestling.com fourums (The place to hear RCW news first)....
Savannah Summers VS Sara Jay: The second of our two interstate guests is Sara Jay, she'll be making her RCW début along side the wrestling début of the beautiful, RCW's very own... Savannah Summers.
Savannah has been training long and hard and these two are no doubt ready to show us all why RCW is 'where the wild things are'.
Thus far four great match ups with talent not only from all over the country... but the world, and all for just $10 entry.
That's right, special RCW event and the same price you always pay!
And of course there will be all new merch, from badges, shirts and posters to RCW candy, dog tags and eMo ware. There is something for everybody at an RCW event.
