At the Respect Is Earned II PPV taping Larry Sweeney opened his briefcase to reveal Adam Pearce's NWA title. I'm sure a lot of the diehard NWA fans would be annoyed by that but it obviously has the NWA's support and having the title featured in RoH can only help the Alliance re-establish itself. http://www.rohwrestling.com/news/article.aspx?id=2090

Yeah, I read this earlier. Title vs. Title, I can't decide who will win this. If Nigel wins the NWA title I will riot. If Adam wins the ROH title I will riot.

I'm not too familiar with either ROH or the NWA scene/titles, but that sounds like a brilliant situation. Both markets of fans will have high stakes in the match. I wish WWE had more cut-throat situations like that going on.

TNA kinda destroyed the title, but the heritage is still there. ROH has a great history, with great champions (with the exception of Xavier). This is a situation where you cannot decide you will win, I just can't see either man with the other title. I'm thinking a no con-*test*-('") or double disqualification but that'll leave the fans pissed off. I'm thinking Pearce to take the ROH title, it's the only way I can see it happening.

Isn't it great that something in wrestling can still get that reaction? These days when it seems like the answers are always obvious, I think matches with cut-throat consequences make wrestling fun again.

Take a look at Night of Champions for example, it wouldn't take a genius to predict all of those matches correctly. When things are rushed, they turn out crap, but this is probably the most unpredictable match all year.

It is a bit weird that RoH now has 3 World Champions who are all heels. I think the match will get thrown out too.
