NWA PRO Announcement/Storm out of 3-Way at HOHW
Earlier this week, Explosive Pro Wrestling officials received a notice from their NWA Pro counterparts in sunny California. The notice was a request that the three way match between Bobby Marshall, Spike Steele and Davis Storm at Hell or Highwater be for the fifth spot in the Australian title tournament. The tournament is due to be held at Challenge Stadium on November 23rd 2007. Further details on the show are available at nwapro.net Unfortunately for Davis Storm, this news came through two days too late. On Sunday night, Storm’s doctors informed EPW officials that Davis would have to withdraw from the match at Hell or Highwater due to injury. After fracturing a rib at Evolution, Storm suffered a recurrence of the injury at the member’s house show that was held last Saturday night. Storm is said to be furious that he was not informed that the match would be for a shot at the Australian title before his withdrawal. However, as it stands, the winner of the match between Marshall and Steele will go straight into the Australian title tournament.. Major Major suckage. That was gonna be the event of the night. Man i hope they redo this match. But also sucks for storm cuz that woulda been sweet to see him wrestling with the greats

Not sure if i would of tipped him, but they all have a good chance of winning. In fact i predict one of them WILL win it. They are all quality wrestlers but i would have been satisfied if storm got the NWA shot as he is one of the founders of what we are priveliged enough to see today. But yeh bobby has had this one coming. I dont think he would lose ANOTHER match escpecially for the opportunity to compete amongst other wrestlers of the NWA. Also if you put him in a macth up with some1 atleast people from places elsewhere might know who he is as he has gotten around in a way

Bobby is my pick, and he sure deserves it after the last event. It will be a bummer to see no Storm, he's no doubt a fantastic wrestler. I predict Bobby will pick up the win over Steele, and I also predict that I'll lose my voice during this one. I'd find it such a travesty if Steele wins over Marshall.

i still wana see this match go ahead sometime. Its the match i was most looking forward to this event. Sometime this year EPW make it happen haha plz...

Dammit, that was gonna be MOTN for sure. Not really a fan of Spike and Bobby so Storm was the only one keeping my interest high in it. Hope he heals up soon (if it is a real injury). He deserves to be in the NWA tournament too. Storm v Mikey final - I'd like to see that!!

Am i the only fan that can see that spike truly is the one deserving of the NWA tournament spot. he is an amazing talent. not many hels i know can actually wrestle aswell as steel. amazing mat work combined with an awesome arsenal of grapples i would love to see spike in that tournament

How can anyone not be a Bobby fan? A few days after Evoloution I actually rode past him on my bike and screamed out Booobbbbbbyyy!!! Because I was still pumped after that amazing ladder match! I realised what a tool I must've seemed and turned my head back and he was giving me a WTF look. I remember my 1st EPW event with GST vs the Forefathers and Bobby was the most impressive guy on that night for me and usually has been every other night I've been luckly enough to witness him! I want to see Bobby vs Haste, thats my EPW dream match!

I reckon, Bobby is the shizzle at the moment. Sure Spike is talented but that ladder match was awesome as was his match at RA V. Add that to the awesome stuff he did in the states (loved his promos) an he cannot be beat by Senor Steele.

Spike and Bobby are both on fire at the moment so it'll be interesting to see who wins. haha good story Baconfudge, i saw Jimmy last week and he was limping pretty bad. But back to the match i do predict Bobby will get the win.
