I read an interesting article in the october issue of Power Slam magazine (if anyone knows any other good wrestling magazines please let me know) Try fighting spirit its an independent mag dedicated to pro wrestling and mixed martial arts. it retails for around $10.00. I highly recommend it. :D :D

Power Slam is my mag, and it still manages to be very interesting despite being 3 months late. Apparenty Australia is it's second biggest market, beating Canada and Europe even though we have the delay. I didn't mind Lesnar and he was a good wrestler but the push he got was over the top. Other guys broke their backs in WWE and to have this kid come along and be made 'the man' so quickly would have broken anyone's spirit. Although very gifted, on a few occasions he showed he was immature and selfish. (I'm looking at you WM20).

I wouldn't exactly call his showing at WM20 a match.... farce or joke could be more appropriate!!

no seriously, Lesnar was signed to a developmental contract with the minnesota Vikings on July 27 but ws then released on the 30th of August. It was also suggested he give the NFL league in Europe a try but blew it off as he had already failed and was no longer interested.
