Best HOHW ever???
I was just looking at the card for HOHW and it got me thinking... \"God dam, this could be the best HOHW ever!!\" I know its got some stiff competition, but i really think it could. The street fight with CJL and Jimmy Payne is going to be nothing short of a spectacular, brutal war. I think that CJLs gonna get the ass kicken of a life time but who knows what can happen on the night. If the younger epw guys can band behind him to even the odds a little he may be able to pull off the biggest upset in the history of EPW. AZ Vegra and Chris Vice is a match that i personally cant wait to see. I know that guys like Shane Haste and BBB get called the future of epw a fair bit but i think it wont be too much longer and these cats will be right up along side them. AZ has been a revelation this year since showing his true colours, and i think the Vice master got the kick up the ass he needed when az turned his back on him. Dont be suprised if this is the match we walk away talking about in my mind. I rekion theyre really gonna step it up. Of course another couple of guys who have crossed paths a few times with the match above is Brock Freeman and Azazal. This is gonna be a hard hitting war i think without a shadow of a doubt. Between freemans kicks and azazals punches i believe that even the winner of this one is gonna walk away with some welts on their faces to show for it. The other thing is, all the other matches on the card seem to have a clear cut favorite, but this match is a real liune ball imo. I cant pick a winner for the life of me, although i think that either way, ill walk away happy (assuming of course that freeman kicks azazal in the face 6 or 7 times). This big match for me however is Davis Storm vs Shane Haste. Can you say show stealer? Cause i sure can! These guys styles are so different from each other that i think its gonna make for a hell of a match. And although nothing is really on the line, both guys have just about everything to gain or loose from this one. If Shane Haste wins, think of what that would do to the moral of EPW? Think of what it would do for him personally. But most importantly, think of what it would do to the forefathers. Theyre riding high from thier clean sweep at evolution but a loss here would be crippling to their cause. On the other side of things, if storm wins where does that leave haste? Hed be on his back down to the doldrums and then the forefathers can walk away thinking that they are everything they claim to be. This match will have major repecusions in the war that is brewing i think. The confidence it would bring or take from the forefathers could swing the momentum, or keep on rolling them along their merry way. All this and i havnt even mentioned the first blood match between Jamie Jurah and Devlin Reeves! Personally i dont want to touch this one. I think the brutality will speak for itslef. I only with it was a last blood match, so that they had to bleed the other one dry to be declared the winner. I cant help but get the feeling that one scratch just wont be enough... The other thing to remember is that this is all being brought to you without Jag. Havok, Mikey, Bobby or pyscofett!! Pretty amazing depth EPW have that they can put on what i personally believe will be the event of the year and have 5 good wrestlers, 3 of which are arguably the top 3 in australia, missing in action. It certainly will be a night to remember...
