An intellectual veiwpoint... instead of the usual crap
wow, its finally back... epw at its finest. And what a way to kick of the year. Last Rosemount Rumble was definatly one of the most memorable moments of Epw history... unless like me u got knocked unconcious from a german suplex. me thinks me best be staying outta the ring this time. anyway, lets see the matches at hand, the first taste of epw for 2006. its been a while. Its good to be back Azazal vs James Street Thank you thank you thank you its no secret i dont like "the queen of perth wrestling. im not homophobic, i just dont like gay people. And who better to punish the sodomistic queer eyer than Azazal, the meanest nastiest and coolest wrestler in epw. (besides you Nate Dooley) Oh yeah this is gonna be awesome. If last Rumble is anything to go by, dare i say it, Azazal may be a face genuinely for the first time ever. A one night stand if u will. i hope Azazal destroys him, and then when street's down, punish him some more. Does this match have to end??? Just make sure to jump the leg sweep. Lets go Azazal lets go.. Jimmy Payne v Shane Haste v Los Freemanos v Richter Has gotta be the most unpredictable match of the night. The question tho, will Shane Haste even make it to Settling the Score. Jimmy might just take him out there and then and have the night off the following week. The Rosemount arena is very unforgiving. Richter after winning the last rumble, may just unleash his own path of destruction, but freemanos's randomness, may just frustrate the big man. Its highly unlikely Richter and Jimmy will clash, but who knows. if the big man snaps, and gets angry, anything just might happen. Devlin Reeves v Tommy Cartel Both these guys have had training fron F.N Carnage. Whether this plays any part. i dunno. but Tommy may is one of just a few blokes in epw that could stand up to Devlin's butchering chops and remain relatively unphased. Having not been under F.N Carnage's wing for roughly a year now may have its toll on Devlin, but how will Tommy fair should F.N not be by his side. Has the extra training helped out. time will tell. One thing is for sure. Devlin isnt a wrestler to be underestimated, as Jurah found out last year. He'll go to any lengths to prove that he's better than you. European Union v G.S.T Should the EU beat GST, title shots could be on the card early in 2006, GST on the other hand may fall into the trap of underestimating EU. With there thoughts most definately on the tag title match the following week, GST may try to reserve themselves. this could be costly, but hey The don might get caught up in the moment and do more damage to his partner than any of the opponents. For EU to be taken seriously and gain ground in the tag divisions, their tag skills need to lift to the next level. this could be the year for that, but GST have already lifted that level. This year sees the tag division shaping up quite nicely. the question (nate dooley) is, who wants those tag straps the most, who's gonna take it to the top level, and show why the EPW tag straps are the most coverted in the country. "The Ironman" Davis Storm, my favourite wrestler and yours as well "The Answer" Nate Dooley and Justin Sane v "The Red Dragon" Psychofett, A.Z Vegara and "The Fluro Phenom" Chris Vice Really, is there any question as to how this one will pan out. Seriously. Forefathers all the way. They're on the same page, its that simple. Sure Justin needs to fulfil his role a bit more instead of letting Storm and Dooley do all the work, but besides that, nothing can hold back the gods of Australian wrestling. The beginning and your end. They choose you're fate, its that simple. Psychofett, is trying to do what he perceives is honorable, taking the young uns under his wing and all, butits to no avail. A.Z we all know he's got potential, and Vice well he's got pants. But i aint ever seen a bogan rocker where fluro. Showboating doesnt get victory's. Psychofett needs to see the light and join the forefathers, but alas the chance may have slipped from within his grasp. Vice and AZ simply wont be able to work together. Everyones all like... AZ's going heel, just because he did what he had to, to gain his first victory at ReAwakening. so let me assume, if Vice had pinned AZ, would the same questions be floating around. The pants are too bright, they're blinding you all. The lack of trust that surely is developing between the two, will be there undoing. hahaha i love it when a plan comes together. Learn from The Forefathers, u dont see them trying to out do each other. The main event... The Rosemount Rumble Your winner Mr Reality Check, yours truly hahaha yeah right. seriously, This is a question for the ages, Rumbles are just too unpredictable. Mikey, F.N Carnage both have fresh legs having not wrestled earlier that night, but an unexpected visit from Jag or Havok would even out those odds. The forefathers will undoubtedly work together should they be in the ring together and with the Living Legend's string pulling capabilities (or in words Mr Burbank may use... nylon entangelled puppeteering), thats bound to happen. Could Kiel E in his first Rosemount appearance pull out a "shocking" win, i doubt it. If he sees Shane get eliminated, he'd probably go over the top rope to see if he's alright. Shane Haste... maybe if he actually makes it to the rumble. Azazal, well after his fairy bashing adventures of earlier in the night, he may just have what it takes to go all the way. James Street, not a chance, the girl will be too busy crying cos he got called impolite names and wont even show his face for the rumble. AZ and Vice will probably be too concerned with out doing each other. Psychofett, could be the suprise victor, but showboating to the fans may cost him. Richter for back to back victories thats sure to rock the scales for years to come. Unlikely, he's bound to be a marked man. Devlin probaly doesnt care if he wins, as long as he leaves welts on everyone he chops, and Tommy wont have the courage to throw out F.N if it ever came down to that. G.S.T members probably have the potential, but the numbers game will be against them. Los Freemanos will probably eliminate himself to go get a tequilla shot. The Don will be eliminated by the forefathers just to piss of forum user "Drusilla" tho i doubt she'll see it happen as she'll be too busy Dooley drooling, which by the process of elimination, unless i've forgotten someone, leaves the winner to be either a Forefathers member or Lord Johnathon Wimbledon. Now i have one request to anyone who cares. I have a dilemma. Fortunatly i get to film all this, but whenever im at a Subtruck gig, i like to mosh it up with "The Truckettes".The hot-*test*-('") sexiest girls u'll never get the privelage of sharing a drink with.Otherwise the result will be shaky blur vision. any volunteers. nows your chance to be as great as Mr Reality Check himself. u have the once in a lifetime chance to film Subtruck. Consider yourself lucky that u would get to use the same camera as someone as great as me uses event after event. You know you're not worthy, but me being the nice guy i am, will give u this one chance to touch my camera.

you sell yourself well lol

Damn you chad! How did you know? Is it because you too will be staring at Dooley's tight butt and his lovely panda boots, wishing you were helping him "celebrate" after the show? Now usually I'd argue with you and purposely NOT stare at Dooley after that, but who am I to disappoint? Now I will definately be watching his "moves" every step of the way, and if you get jealous that someone els eis paying attention to your man, we can have a catfight in one of the breaks, kay? :P Dru.

Well said Chad. Very good post, with some very good points! Personally, I'm too lazy to go into details, so here are my predictions; Azazal over James Street. Shane Haste to defeat Jimmy, Richter and Freemanos. Devlin over Tommy. Some sort of no con-*test*-('") or big tag-team brawl to happen in the EU vs GST match, and no winner. Forefathers over AZ, Vice and Psychofett. And my Rumble pick; Psychofett! And Chad, I won't be volunteering to film Subtruck.. unless you want shaky footage with slurred commentary??! Hope to see you all on the 4th! :D -Skitz

Azazal is having a one-night stand with James Street? Hmm.."Trust nobody, i dunno who to call a friend, they just pretend to be. F*ck everybody, this is what it's called when u undertake sodomy"? I think we'll stick to the original Also, do not understae the Power of Los Freemanos and his Freemantics, that'll be running wild in the Rosemount. Everybody loves a crazy guy in a mask...which is probably why my favourite wrestler of all time is Mick Foley. I'm really looking forward to the event though and I'm gonna try and drag my friend Silvestro along to it.

Tremendous.. I haven't seen Silvestro since that episode of Crimestoppers! It will be good to see him, hopefully the rash has cleared up. Viva Silvestro.
